Therapy sessions €85 per session (50 mins).
Book on a week-by-week basis.
Most clients start with weekly sessions for 4 weeks, then continue weekly or biweekly.
When you’re thinking about starting therapy, you can book an initial appointment.
This first session gives us time to gently explore what’s been going on for you, what feels most difficult right now, and what you’d like support with.
It’s also a chance for us both to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
You won’t just be talking things through, you’ll leave the session with some practical, supportive tools you can begin using straight away.
I aim for sessions to feel purposeful and caring, so that your time feels valued and you come away with a clearer sense of what might help.
What Counselling with me includes:
-Weekly or biweekly therapy sessions for the duration of our work together.
-An evidence-based, compassionate approach drawing on TA and Hypnotherapy.
-Practical tools you can use outside the therapy room.
-The option to continue for as long as therapy feels helpful and supportive for you.
-Hypnotherapy recordings free of charge you can listen to in between sessions.
