So instead of feeling stuck in it, you begin to see the pattern clearly.
Weeks 3-6: Getting out of your head
This is where you start to feel the difference.
You start to spend less time overthinking, feel less pulled into analysing everything, and begin to trust yourself more in the moment.
Weeks 7-8: Feeling more settled and in control
Things start to feel more natural.
You’re able to switch off more easily, feel calmer in situations that used to trigger overthinking, and feel steadier and more confident in yourself.

What if I don’t feel “bad enough” for therapy?

This work is more focused and structured, with a clear direction based on your specific patterns.

Sessions combine counselling and hypnotherapy. This means we’re not just talking about anxiety, we’re also working with how it shows up in your body, so you’re not as quickly pulled into overthinking, tension, or that constant “on” feeling.
