Each session is tailored to you.

These sessions combine counselling and hypnotherapy, so we’re not just talking about your anxiety, we’re also working to change how it feels.

1:1 Therapy session information

If you’re looking for high functioning anxiety therapy in Cork or online, these sessions offer a supportive and structured way to work through anxiety, overthinking, and feeling constantly overwhelmed.

You will receive:

  • 60-minute anxiety therapy sessions – Weekly or fortnightly.
  • Anxiety toolkit – Tools to help yourself between sessions.

This is for you if:

You’re looking for anxiety therapy in Cork or online.

You want steady, ongoing support.

You prefer to work through things step by step.

You’re not ready for a structured programme, but still want to feel calmer, and more confident.

INVESTMENT

Session fee: €120 (60 minutes).

If you’re looking for a more structured approach over a set period, you can explore the 8-week Anxiety Reset Programme. 

Many clients start with weekly sessions, but you can opt for fortnightly too if that suits better. We can discuss the frequency in the first session.

I combine both counselling and hypnotherapy within our sessions, so we’re not just talking about your anxiety, we’re also working at a deeper level to achieve deeper, more lasting change

This depends on you and what you’re looking for. Some clients come for a shorter period, while others prefer ongoing support. We can figure this out together as we go.

You don’t have to. Sessions are booked individually, so you can take things at your own pace. You can end the therapy process at any time.

You don’t have to, session times are flexible and can vary week to week.

I am working Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 till 14:30. I am working Tuesday and Wednesday from 16:00 till 20:00. I also work some Saturday’s morning.
